Geocache Description:

This part of town lacked in the cache department.

The developer of Churchill Estates apparently thought that he could buy the rancher to the south out of his ranch or at least eventually someone would. So far this has not happened. Thus the road stub. Nice view of the ranch sometimes the cattle hang out near the stub and can be heard bellowing in the neighborhood.
