Paradiset is a very popular area for people taking a stroll with their dogs or for trimming. There are pathes all around and it is a waste area stretching all up to the road 190. There is also a gravel track almost down to Surketjärn coming from Lexbydal but a road barrier is blocking it from car traffic. Riding a bike is fine all the way down to Partille though.
This cache hunt may take you on a nice little stroll mainly on pathes except the last part if you approach from the southeast. Coming from Southwest is shorter but much rougher going without any pathes. The western or northwestern approach is the shortest but will take you through even more wetland and pathless land too.
The choice is yours !
The small wetland surrounded lake Surketjärn in Partille community is situated in the woods of the Paradiset nature preservative area. The trail Bohusleden crosses Paradiset on its way to Vättlefjäll.
The cache is slightly smaller than a 35 mm film container but very visible hidden. You need not move anything to retrieve it. It contains the usual stuff only.
PLESE PUT IT BACK IN EXACTLY THE SAME WAY AND DO NOT REVEAL ANYTHING ABOUT THE HIDING IN YOUR LOG.
