Fichu Pichu !

Version Française

Embarquez pour une ballade de 15 minutes entre cascades, vergers et mollards, à la découverte de la faune et de la flore des mollards des abymes, ces petites collines formées par l'éboullement du Granier au XIIIéme siécle.

Depuis Apremont, prenez la direction du "Crozet". Une minute après être passé devant un château, vous arrivez au point de parking. Descendez le chemin sur 150 métres pour arriver à la cascade. Un panneau vous aidera à répondre à la question : il se situe en haut du chemin qui continue, 350 mètres plus loin.

A l'arrivée, la cache vous offira un joli point de vue sur les mollards des abymes, et vous comprendez pourquoi l'urbanisation menace la vallée...

English Version

Come and enjoy a 15-minutes trip between waterfalls, orchards,  discovering the fauna and flora of the "mollards", those small hills formed by the collapse of Mount Granier, in the XIIIth centuary;

From Apremont, follow the sign for "Le Crozet". A minute after passing by a castle, park your car at the parking waypoint. Take the path down to the waterfall, over 150 meters. A sign will help you to answer the question : it is at the top of the path that keeps on going up, 350 meters forward.

Eventually, the cache will offer you a eye-candy sight of the "mollards" in the area, and you'll understand why urbanisation threatens the valley...
