gsmX2: This one is indeed missing. I have been advocating posts, conversations, and articles on FTF geocacher magazine that people should consider refreshing the gameboard by archiving their geocaches that go missing and replacing them with better geocaches. This was a simple LPC; I found a different hide and there are 9 geocaches set in the same month and year within a 15-mile radius. I am archiving this geocache and will be submitting a new one this afternoon.
