Le Pont du Diable est situé en Ariège entre Foix et Tarascon-sur-Ariège. Il relie les communes de Montoulieu et de celles de Saint-Paul-de-Jarrat et de Mercus-Garrabet.

Vous pouvez accéder à cette cache de deux façons : soit par l’autoroute (sortie 13), soit par la vieille route. Si vous venez de la vieille route, vous trouverez un coin pique-nique et un parking avant d’accéder au Pont, à environ 600m de là.
Si vous venez de l’autoroute, garez vous au parking et comptez un bon kilomètre à pied le long de la petite route avant d’arriver au Pont. (Hors saison, vous pouvez toujours tenter de descendre jusqu'au Pont.)
Le « trésor » est très facilement accessible ; il faut juste pouvoir se hisser un petit minimum.
Mais, comme cet endroit est un des rendez-vous des jeunes moldus du coin, s’il-vous-plaît, veillez à bien replacer les cailloux et ne pas laisser la boîte visible ! Merci beaucoup !

The Devil’s Bridge is located in Ariège between Foix and Tarascon-sur-Ariège. It links Montoulieu, Saint-Paul-de-Jarrat and Mercus-Garrabet.
Its name comes from a legend: in order to make trade easier, an inhabitant from Ginabat made a deal with the Devil. In exchange of a bridge, the Devil would take the soul of the first one to cross the bridge. After its building, nobody wanted to cross it. An inhabitant had the idea to make a cat cross it. It was a deal, but the Devil lost his temper and fell into the river.

You have two ways to reach this cache: either by the motorway (exit n° 13), or by the old road. Si you come by the old road, you will find a picnic place and a car-park before reaching the Bridge, at about 600m.
If you come from the motorway, leave your car at the car-park and walk about a kilometre along the narrow road before reaching the Bridge. (Off season, you can always try to drive down to the Bridge).
The “treasure” is very easy to reach ; you just have to be able to haul yourself up a little bit. But, as this site is one of the meeting-points of local young people, please be careful to put the stones back into place and not to leave the box visible! Thank you very much!
