I've been looking at the latest
Kablooey 2009 Puzzle Challenge cache and I'm
getting cross-eyed from staring at all the numbers. In fact, I
think a vein just went POP, my brain is hurting, and I'm seeing a
different set of numbers.

(Unlike some puzzlers, I'm providing a puzzle where the
coordinates can be directly derived -- no hokey 2nd stage
here)
(Edit 2009-02-06: OK, fine, there is a 2nd stage -- but it
doesn't take a leap of faith to get there
