This cache is located in a remote area of the farm. It is placed in
a natural amphitheatre, you will be standing on top of one
waterfall- looking across to another. A spectacular location!
Since this cache is definitely too far too walk, I suggest you do
it in conjunction with the Pylons cache GC1KVGD. The area is rich
in game and should make for some rewarding viewing.
A good place to start is the 4-way junction (true coordinates).
Head in a south-westerly direction from there, do not take the
track that crosses underneath the power lines, even if your GPS
points towards the cache in this direction- it is a dead end!
Continue on the south-westerly track. It will take you away from
the cache-coordinates for a while, but swings west eventually. Once
you cross underneath the powerlines, you will find yourself at a
Y-junction (true coordinates). Turn north here. The track becomes
faint and rocky at times, the last section before you hit the
parking coordinates (apply the formula to those!) is a bit rough
and if you don't have a 4x4 you may decide to walk this
section.
From the parking, head along the dry watercourse towards the cache
site. There are plenty of well worn game-trails you can follow, so
bundu-bashing is not necessary. It is a 500 meter walk, about 10
minutes, from parking to caching.
