Lux 700nm Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

Lignumaqua: This whole area just became a construction site, the cache has been bulldozed. You can still see the container pieces from the road on the newly cleared ground. The log it was hidden in is gone and there'll soon be a house here.

Geocache Description:

A night cache with a spectral twist.

Lux 700nm

Important - the clue piece can only be decoded at night!

The color of light is defined by its wavelength, the human eye can see electromagnetic radiation with wavelengths ranging from about 400nm to 700nm but will you see the light with this cache?

The redirector is easy to find at the posted coordinates and, when you open it, you'll find a stack of clues to the final cache inside. Please take one.

Every code needs a decoder and this one is no exception. Your clue piece tells you where that decoder can be found, so go and find it!

Decode the clue and the final cache will soon be within your grasp.

There's a clue piece for every finder - take it home and solve it at your leisure...

Please replace the container as you found it and make sure you close it securely.

Enjoy the puzzle, and don't get so mad that you see red!

Don't be put off that this is a puzzle cache - it's very easy and should be fun!

Important - the clue piece can only be decoded at night!

Although this isn't strictly a night cache in the normal sense and the redirector and decoder are easily found during daylight you probably won't be able to decode the clue until it is dark.

Congratulations to BandA on the FTF!
