Today, Kemeri is a part of the Jurmala city. Since middle of the 19th century, it was very popular for it's Spa's, medical baths and healthy Sulphur springs. Today it's in a bad shape and most buildings are closed down. The cache is located in a part of Kemeri that's even less known and visited - away from the main street, this area is a labyrinth of small streets and wooden buildings. After visiting the parks and churches in the centre, come to wander a little back in this nice area - to enjoy the peace, and find the Cache:

The cache territory is partially closed, but not guarded. The building is in bad shape, so be very very careful. Take the stairs to the highest view from this place, and there find the cache.
