Geocache Description:

Situated in the village of Shalford, a plastic box containing a few items.

This cache is situated at a place known locally as Christmas Hill. The large house known as Ashley House, is a retirement home, during the second world war it was the local headquarters of the Home Guard. Just beyond this was once a small dairy.

If you feel like walking a little further along the footpath, away from Shalford. You will see a house called The Old Croft. This was once the home of Phil Collins, (Genesis)

There is parking in both Station Road, and Kings Road, but take care when driving off, the hill is the scene of many accidents. You may also wish to do the station cache, and on the right day could find a steam engine taking on water.

This is a small clip type box, please replace it, well hidden, it is in an area used by Muggles

This cache contains a notebook, but no pen or pencil.
