This cache is a follow-up to "There Once was a Scout Hall."
Close to the location of the new Mt Faulkner Scout Hall. This cache is placed to complement "There Once Was a Scout Hall." The old hall burnt down in 2002 and after meeting in a number of different locations in the area the group built this hall across the bay from the old one.
The area is a beautiful place to visit for a walk or a barbecue or to exercise the dogs.
The cache contains a number of items which celebrate the Centenary of Scouting and Year of the Scout.
First to Find may wish to take the commemorative 50 cent piece or the set of commemorative stamps as souvenirs.
The gates are locked to cars at night but pedestrian access is available at all times.
