This cache is located in the Greenbelt Park south of the Ft. Lauderdale Airport. This park is open from sunrise to sunset.
This park is a noise block for the residents of Maleluca Isles. It was constructed in 1989 and is a great place to walk with your family and canine friends. Please pick up after your pets to keep this nice for everyone. The path is paved and has some rolling hills. The landscape is well maintained and there are some small lakes there. You will see a large piece of artwork along the way. It's about a 30 to 40 minute round trip casual walk to this cache from the parking lot. The cache is a 4 sided lock box a little smaller than a shoe box. It was brought to my attention that you may need to know where the parking lot is. It is located off Griffin Road, outside the airport, on the south side. The entrance to the parking lot is at the 2nd light west of US1 (Federal Hwy). Turn north there.
