Geocache Description:

The cache is hidden near a place where the people of Daugavpils come to gaze at the sunset. Near the cache is the TEC-1 thermal power station. To find the cache you DON'T need to look in the trash, although the place isn't exactly very clean.

The container is a small wooden box. Contains: logbook and a pencil.
