In celebration of our 1st anniversary. Many thanks to the many members of K.N.O.C.K. for a great year!
Time goes by so fast. Last December we met to bring geocachers together to form K.N.O.C.K. , “a Kollection of North Orange County Kachers”. And now, just one year later, K.N.O.C.K. has put on many events and caching runs and is now know far outside our local area.
So I am having this “After Kachemas” event , in celebration of of the 1st anniversary and the season.
To mark the season, I ask you to bring cookies, cake or candy, wrapped as a gift for a traditional exchange. If you are culinary challenged, just buy something that would cost LESS than $10. You do not have to bring anything to attend the event other than your warm bodies. Only those who contribute will take part in the exchange.
Then, to celebrate all the fun we've had, I want to have a “true” white elephant gift exchange. You know what I mean. That quirky, wrong size, wrong color, wrong gender type of gift that you will never (use or even re-gift for that matter). It could be something that you received this year or the one that has been sitting on the shelf of your closet for the last 5 years. FINALLY, you have the chance to pawn it off on some unsuspecting soul. The idea is to have fun. You might get to save it for next years party or surprisingly actually appreciate getting it. Go figure!?
