HEASELANDS
This series has been set to take you around some wonderful
countryside where hopefully you will see some of the many varieties
of rhododendrons that Heaselands Estate is known for. Each cache
has been named after rhododendrons from the Heaselands Nursery,
many of which have won awards, with the exception of two, one is a
Ponds, Dew Ponds and Lakes of Sussex, and one is a Hidden and
Danerous?
Heaselands, has been the family estate of the Kleinwort family
since 1898. It started with mainly meadow and woodland, and through
the generations has been developed into a lovely garden estate.
Heaselands hosts two national collections of rhododendrons and
azaleas.
Most caches have a pen or pencil in them with the exception of
the micro’s, so please make sure you have a pen or pencil
with you.
Most of the caches in this series have a 3 terrain rating as it
can be extremely muddy
