Geocache Description:

Welcome to the Oregon version of

Cache is at the posted coords, but you must read the cache page for requirements to log this cache! You must have logged at least one cache that was placed in every month back to the start of Geocaching (May 2000). In order to log this cache, you need to provide the GC code of a cache that was placed in each month for all of 2000 and 2001 in your log entry. Of course, you have to have a find for caches placed in all other months (up to and including the current month) as well, but those tend to be easier to come by and don't require as much verification. You are also encouraged to run the MonthlyCoverage GSAK macro that sums this all up and post a screen grab of the output in the Gallery, for those who do not have GSAK you could create a bookmark list called the Jasmer and make sure that it is marked as shared so that it is available to the public and can be verified by us...The final cache is in a can at an elevation of 1600ft and is off of a paved road, the hike is short although there could be some bounce due to the tree cover but the gps will settle down after a few, if not then expand your search a bit, although you will not have to walk off the main trail very far, so please no forest trampeling is necessary as it is about 25ft off the main trail... We are placing a difficulty level of 5 only because of the great length of time it may take you to find all the required caches needed to log the final cache. The terrain and find will be a breeze but you may put a little bit of blood, a lot of sweat and maybe even some tears in to completing this challenge...(Are You Up For The Challenge, We Dare You) NOTE:: All your cache finds are not restricted to just Oregon, you may find and log caches from any place, state or country although Oregon is well known to having some of the oldest caches, (GC12) (GC16) & (GC17) any caches will do, we will accept Virtuals, Earth and even Moving Caches as long as the dates jive but no CITO's, Benchmark's or Events as these are not technically caches, and the rest is up to you... Feel free to post any notes concerning your progress... Special Thanks to Jasmerb for being the originator of this challenge and thank you Ornith and QueensBlessing for bringing this challenge to our attention and donating the fancy ammo can & log book for the cause. Enjoy this Version of the Jasmer Challenge...Now go play outside!! Congratulations to Me & Bucky for FTF!
