Geocache Description:

Long camo container hidden under rocks. Please hide after signing log.

Fairgrounds Trivia # II: During World War II, the fairgrounds were turned over to the federal government for use first as a POW (prisoner of war) Camp and later as a base for a United States Signal Corps radar unit.

If you park at these coordinates (N 29 09.386 W 095 25 100) and walk all the caches at the fairgrounds you will log in over a mile. Late evenings many people walk the fairgrounds.
