Geocache Description:

A pleasant walk in the grounds of Lytes Cary (a National Trust property).

It is not necessary to pay the entrance fee to find the cache, park in the signposted carpark. Access to the cache is available at all times even if the house and gardens are closed. Even though access is possible from the A37, there is no carpark, it's not so attractive and its further!

The cache is alongside a public footpath, it is not necessary to venture more than about 10 metres from the path at any time. Please re-hide the cache carefully and cover with natural material. Please respect all that grows especially young plants/bushes/trees etc. For more information on Lytes Cary click this link

There are a couple of lovely circular walks here and definatley worth exploring if you have the time. The cache is on the 'Estate' walk, and is about 0.3 miles from the carpark.

Thanks to the National Trust for giving permission to place this cache.
