There is food available on-site and you can follow the link above

The concert will either be outside or in the dance hall (depending
on weather) and children are welcome either way. The overall
atmosphere attempts to be family-friendly, but there will be
alcohol available to adults, so like other outdoor concerts, the
organizers can't control for everything.
Yes, there will be folks that want to attend this event and/or
concert and others who choose to stay at the park for
meet-and-greet time. The goal wasn't meant to separate people who
wanted to "party", but to give folks a chance to visit this
historic piece of the Texas hill country and the Texas music scene
if they wanted.
The concert will feature Robyn Ludwick and The McKay
Brothers:
"Growing up in Bandera, Texas, with her two brothers and a
sister, some of Robyn Ludwick's earliest memories are of falling
asleep across folding chairs in the dancehalls where her
grandparents danced to live music every weekend. As she grew up,
listening to the likes of Jackson Browne, Van Morrison and Emmylou
Harris, she gave up Friday night football games and high schools
proms to sneak off to Austin to hear live music. Then she picked up
a guitar and taught herself to play at the age of 15.
The McKay Brothers, 5th generation Texans, grew up in the hills
of Bandera County. Music became an inescapable part of their early
lives. Hollin recalls we used to sit on the banks of the Nueces
river with our uncle playing songs from the Beatles to George
Jones. His uncle's feelings about music shaped much of what they
write about today."
From
History of Luckenbach:
A Texas State of Mind These days Luckenbach
Texas is, to paraphrase John Steinbeck, a state of mind – A
Texas state of mind, where you can kick back, relax and get away
from the hustle and bustle of everyday life—like a step back in
time. This tiny hill country hamlet where “Everybody’s Somebody”
was established as a Trading Post in 1849 making it one of the
oldest settlements in Gillespie County.
How Luckenbach Got It's Name Luckenbach was
established in 1849. One of the first settlers in the area was
Jacob Luckenbach (1817-1911). A group of German nobility, the
Adelsverein, hoped for great riches by establishing a colony in the
New World. In 1845 Jacob signed up and sailed with his family on
the Johann Dethardt to Indianola in December.
