TJACS: This cache is a perfect example of why people signing challenge caches before completing the challenge is problematic. This cache hasn't actually been found in over a year, but because people keep logging finds that they made years ago, this cache still looks active, even though it has probably been missing for a year or so. How long would this go on? Until someone dropped another container, and confused matters worse. A fresh start for Windom Park is long overdue. Making room here.
