This cache was placed to help boost our friend, KIRBYDOX,
towards her 1000th cache.
For the rest of you, depending on when you find it, you can either encourage her to meet the 1K challenge or congratulate her for doing so.
Kirbydox is really gung-ho about solving puzzles, so we had to think up a special puzzle.
Why is it special? Well, just look at it.
They say that people are flattered by the use of their name.

There is a special envelope for Kirbydox inside the decon container. Please leave it for her.

The challenge is to solve the puzzle below.
