Geocache Description:

We have Motorway Mayhem for the drivers amongst you, what about the poor commuter, SideTracked comes to a station near you...

Malden Manor Station

Not much has changed over the years from the 1938 the photo above, the station has been given a new lick of paint and it is now operated by South West Trains!
Malden Manor railway station, in the London Borough of Kingston upon Thames in South London is one of the stations on the Chessington branch, part of the London suburban network of South West Trains, and is in Travelcard Zone 4. Like all others on the branch, the station is built in the concrete style of the 1930s, it was opened on 29 May 1938. 350m South-west of the station is a three-span, 140ft (42m) viaduct over the Hogsmill River, the cache is hidden very close to here. The path leading to the cache can get a bit muddy in wet weather but is manageable. Conveniently two Church Micros are very close to the South and two Traditionals to the North.
You are looking for a 35mm Magnetic Micro which contains a logbook only, please supply your own writing implement.
