La muntanya de Montserrat és
troba entre les comarques de l'Anoia, el Bages i el Baix Llobregat.
És segons la tradició, la muntanya més important i misteriosa de
Catalunya. En aquesta sèrie de catxés, "Racons de Montserrat", us
volem mostrar diferents indrets de la muntanya, alguns de ben
coneguts i d'altres que no ho són tant.
Refugi Vicenç
Barbé
El refugi Vicenç Barbé, situat a 900 metres
d'alçada, és propietat de la Federació d'Entitats Excursionistes de
Catalunya. Va ser inaugurat l'any 1961 en memòria de l'escalador
Vicenç Barbé, que va morir l'any 1942 intentant la primera ascenció

Per arribar-hi recomanem aparcar a Can Massana, des d'on tindreu
un recorregut d'uns 40
minuts. |
Montserrat mountain is located
among Anoia, Bages and Baix Llobregat counties. It is said to be
the most important and misterious mountain of Catalonia. In this
cache series, "Racons de Montserrat", we want to show you some
spots of the mountain, some of them well-known and others
not.
Vicenç Barbé
refuge
The Vicenç Barbé refuge, located at 900m height, is
owned by the Federació d'Entitats Excursionistes de Catalunya
(Federation of Excursionist Entities of Catalonia). It was
inaugurated in 1961, in memory of the climber Vicenç Barbé, who
died in 1942 trying the first ascention to "la Caputxa". You can

We recommend parking at Can Massana, from where you'll have a 40
minutes walk.
