The Planning Committee for the Rally in the Valley 2 Event was frantically preparing for the big event back at HQ. Agent Protector was walking carrying a tall stack of games, Agent Stile was intently creating a matchstick replica of the Eiffel Tower while jamming to "Mr. Roboto", and Agent Black just got back from picking up Chinese take-out, when Agent Daffy slipped on the banana peel from one of his chocolate-banana milkshakes and crashed into everyone resulting in a pileup of games, crafts, and food. Somewhere in the mix were the coordinates to a puzzle cache we were working on. Can you help the Planning Committee figure out where the cache is located?
