On Stanhope road,township road 875, on northside is the small un-used Stanhope Forge!
Your looking for a Orange M&M container with just a log,Not hidden too well as not to disturb this possible historical site! Right behind Tele-pole CB-125.
DO NOT DISTURB OR REMOVE STONES !
Driving down PA.St.Rt. 501 decided to take a few back roads and took Township road 875 to StanHope road where I came across this very small old forge and Way Pointed it(WMDRR) for WAYMARKING. A local came out and talked with me and didn't know whom built it but, was there when her father was growing up around 1900 and he said it was inactive then.
The cache is wedged in between the stones on the east side behiond telephone pole CB.125 and is visible to cachers but, hopefullt not to muggles ?
It's an ORANGE M&M's tube with just a log.
DO NOT REMOVE OR DISTURB ANY OF THE STONEWORK PLEASE!
THIS MAYBE A HISTORIC SPOT BUT, ISN'T YET!
