In international surveys, the U.S. is being ranked lower and
lower in terms of the basic mathematical skills of its citizens. In
the spirit of "Think globally, act locally", I have decided to do
something about this by establishing a series of puzzle caches that
require basic mathematical skills to find. This is the first.
To find the correct co-ordinates:
The last three digits of the latitude are written in
hexadecimal.
The last three digits of the longitude are written in
duodecimal.
Be prepared to hunt for a while when you get there.
