Ah, The Breakfast Club. A fanastic movie from 1985 and number 2 in
my 80's Movie Cache Series with a John Hughes theme.
Here we are looking at the building that some of it was shot in,
and most the exteriors were shot (all except the end where Judd
Nelson walks across the field.. That field is the same field as
80's Movie Cache #1 FYI).
NOTE: This building is NO LONGER a school, and has not
been since the early 80's. Again, this building IS NOT a
school.
Daytime stealth is definitely needed, but at night it should be
easy to get in and out rather quickly and unnoticed. You are
looking for a nano. I know, I stink. Sorry. BYOP please.
HISTORY
In the 1980's, John Hughes filmed most of his classic teen movies
right here in Chicago's North Shore area. The point of this Movie
Cache Series is to take to you some of the places his movies were
filmed.
