Geocache Description:

One of three Michigan State Fair caches!

FTF reward is a free day pass to the Michigan State Fair!

Located with permission on the Michigan State Fairgrounds.

When the fair is going on, then admission is required to come in to find the caches.

When the fair is not going on then please come only during daylight hours. Off-season hours are 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. for the fall and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. during the winter.

During the fair, any standard parking lot will work. These will require PLENTY of STEALTH during the fair season!

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS DURING OFF FAIR TIMES. When the fair is NOT going on, then the main entrance just off Woodward south of 8 Mile is the way in. The entrance is guarded -- you have to sign in. When asked about your intentions, respond with the password "memories".

Note that occasionally, the fairgrounds will be "rented out" or unavailable due to other large events. Please take this into consideration if travelling long distances. One can go to the state fair web page to check on these potential events!
