This cache is in a small park in Manheim Borough near my house. There was once houses here, but they were bulldozed and the park was created in order to help alleviate problems with flooding from the nearby creek. The park is nice, with several memorials and a cushioned walking trail.
The cache is a small plastic screw top containter, the type that typically holds keys and such on boats to keep them dry. It even has a built in whistle and compass so it can call for help and find it's way back in case the creek floods and it gets carried away in the rapids. Inside is a log and a pencil stub, you may want to bring your own pen.
