Sailor's Day (Youm Al-Bahhar)
A cool, family-friendly "village" along the coast, just opposite to the National Assembly (Parliament)
The place has been renovated in the past few years.
It was built as an appreciation for the older generation of Kuwaiti sailors (fishermen and pearl divers) in the old days before the Black Gold (Oil) was discovered.
There are traditional stores that sell many different things (see attached pictures) as well as a BBQ place that serves Kebabs, Liver etc..
For the kids there are some rides that are man-operated (See pictures) and cost 100 Fils for the ride (1US$ = 300 Fils)
There is also an exhibit for sharks and other types of fish.
The entry is for free! Open from 17:00-23:30hrs
Now to the cache..
It's located just outside the village, immediately along the coast line. A tupperware wrapped in a plastic bag and well-hidden. It contains some swag and a logbook.
The place is loaded with Muggles but if you are at the exact coordinates, just sit and let your feet rest.. the cache should be under your toe tips!
Please make sure you camouflage it well when you place it back.
I have removed the older spoiler pictures and replaced them with new ones for the new location since the original Geocache was muggled.
