Geocache Description:

About Sidetracked: We have Motorway Mayhem. We have A-Road Anarchy. But what about public transport users? Sidetracked caches are intended to provide quick cache and dashes at train stations.

Oldfield Park Station was opened on 18 February 1920, although the line through the site had opened in 1840. Oldfield Park Station is a surburban railway station in the City of Bath. It serves the mainly residential areas around Moorland Road in southern Bath. (nb you can get a decent cup of coffee and quick lunch in Moorland Road if you are feeling peckish)

You can explore the countryside of the Avon Valley using the Bristol-Bath cycle path which can be accessed nearby.
