Geocache Description:

This cache is under a large (leviathan :) fallen tree trunk near the river Mole, in Winterdown Wood, Esher.

This cache is the replacement for the Mole Bowl cache, which was sadly stolen/removed. It's a relatively easy to get to - there are two paths, one on the riverbank, and one further u the embankment. The cache is halfway between them :) The nearest parking spot is Garson Farm - which is a pick-your-own farm you might like to visit!

If you find yourself facing a precipice to get to the cache, turn left and follow the path. You may find an easier way :)

The cache is a dark green ammuntion box about 30cm x 25cm x 20cm. No disposable camera yet - we'll try and put one in there soon.

The GPS reception is not brilliant (the area is wooded), but the Leviathan fallen tree trunk should be hard to miss.

Everything in the cache is in zip-loc bags, and there are a few spare in there for anything you want to put in. Please record your visit in the logbook, and also the numbers of the any pictures you take with the disposable camera (so we can put names to pictures later :)

Drop us an email or send us an SMS if you visit the cache - there are phone numbers in there, and please please hide it with leaves again when you leave - the wood is quite popular, and the Mole Bowl cache (the predecessor to this one) was stolen.
