Geocache Description:

*** CACHE IS NOT AT THE POSTED COORDINATES! DON'T GET YOUR FEET WET! ***

This cache is another installment in the FTFC series. For more information see the description for the Travel Bug, TBHYTP FTF Trophy, and the original FTFC cache, GCMBB7 FTFC#1.

You win the trophy by being the first to find the cache holding the trophy. Once you find the cache and win the trophy, you have 30 days to proudly display the trophy on your desk, kitchen window sill, or fireplace mantel. On the 30th day (or sooner) after your find, you must hide the trophy in a NEW cache named FTFC#__. Put the next sequential number in the ____. Once the FTF trophy has been found, the caches will remain for other geocachers to visit the site of a once great championship find! Please remember to log the TB as it’s log will be the official list of Championship First Finders. You may win the championship as many times as you like. This Championship series will also generate a new cache each time it’s held. So if your not willing to build a new stadium for the next championship hunt, don’t win the trophy.

NOTE: IT IS COMPLETELY OPTIONAL TO TAKE THE TROPHY AND TO CREATE A NEW CACHE. YOU MAY FIND THE CACHE AT ANYTIME WITHOUT BEING REQUIRED TO TAKE THE TROPHY AND CREATE A NEW CACHE. JUST LOG THE CACHE AS YOU NORMALLY WOULD AND LEAVE THE TROPHY IN THE CACHE.

"Tell me, O muse, of that ingenious hero who traveled far and wide…" -- The Odyssey by Homer

Throughout time the muses have guided the hands of many great composers. Even Helios is captivated by a muse all its own and compelled to sing. While hiding this cache I discovered my own muse and was inspired to compose the following. It is a short piece but you should find it to be very interesting. I hope you enjoy my...

Cache Sonata.

Feel free to take one of the fine musical instruments included in the cache. Perhaps you will find a muse of your own. There is also a unique instrument and ribbon with the log for FTF.

Congratulations Manofsteel73 for FTF!!!
