Geocache Description:

The NW Coin Nutters Day Out Series is a set of 25 caches placed along a stretch of the Leeds / Liverpool Canal set jointly by Scorpionqueen & nandad. Each of the caches is named and dedicated to a geocacher who has helped in some way to get the NW caching geocoin minted. The caches vary in size and complexity from nano to large from traditional to new containers and some very cunning disguises and hiding places. Even the terrain difficulty range from 1 to 5. We've also tried to make as many as possible accessible to the disabled, but sadly some are not.

The aim of the series is to be fun and entertaining. We had a ball setting them so we hope you have just as much fun finding them.

On the second circuit of the 1967 Grand National at Aintree a loose horse decided he had had enough and veered sharply across the leading horses.

From that moment there was chaos with every horse bar one falling, being brought down or simply being unable to find anywhere to jump. Foinavon, a 100/1 shot who was as far behind as his odds suggested, somehow managed to escape the melee and scrambled across with a lead of 100 yards. He made the best of his way home and although his lead was cut back, by the winning post he was still 15 lengths clear of the favourite, Honey End, and Red Alligator.#

This cache is visible from the tow path so the low mobile can log a find if they post a photo labelled spoiler of the cache or the near by notice board with yourself of your GPS in the picture

Before setting off for this cache, print out “NW Nutters Day Out, The final say” because this cache may answer one of the questions for the Final puzzle.
