Megaben: After reading all the logs and visiting the cache site I realized that the area has now become unfriendly towards Geocachers and I would hat that a incedend could take place here. I have removed the cache that was still safe and sound and decided to archive it,

Geocache Description:

A lovely Rose garden with a non working water fountain on the east rand. Although there have been lots of gardeners working on the rose gardens it still is not up to scratch but should be beautiful in spring time. Currently some red, white and orange roses are visable and really look pretty within the winter climate

I have done some research and could not find any info or reason why there is a pretty rose garden in this spot. If anyone knows please let us know.
