July 1, 2001 Multi-cache

This cache has been archived.

Deermark: All it took was for one person to complain. The bad thing is the complainer didn't even do the cache and HE had his facts completely wrong. You DO NOT scale a cliff face. You DO NOT repel down a cave/hole. You suck complainer. I knew this would happen but at least I tried. Next time you ruin it for everyone else at least get the facts correct.

Sorry to say this one is gone forever. It will be available until I get a chance to remove the stages. I will post when the stages are gone.

Geocache Description:

The cache is located amongst the beautiful 24,000 acres of Harrison-Crawford Forestry.

July 1,2001. That is the fateful day that I thought I would give this crazy sport a try. My first cache was The Adventure Trail Cache GCE0B. It was only fitting that I hide a cache to honor that day in the same area.

This is a 3 stage multi cache. It is located along the shear cliffs that border the Ohio River. If you take along children on this cache, watch them closely. There are 100’ drops and mountains of loose rock. I definitely recommend that this cache be DONE IN THE DAYLIGHT. Special Equipment is a must for the final stage unless you find an easier way. :) When you do this cache be sure to call a friend and tell them where you will be at. A partner would be very helpful. For a real challenge do it barefooted.

Stage 1 is a Preform Tube. This is about the size of a test tube.
Stage 2 is a Blue Water bottle.
The Final Stage is a Ammo Box.

Stage 1 & 2 have the cords of the next stage painted on them. There is also a sheet of paper with the cords inside the container. Leave the paper please. The ammo box is full of very nice goodies. Take something. I don’t care if you leave anything or not. I can refill it.

FTF Prize - A Limited Edition Indy Diver Tribute Pathtag and anything else you might want.
