There are some places in Latvia, where people can't get over the rivers, becauce there's no bridge, but there are ferries, which carry people to the other side. Next to one of them now cache is located.
This ferry over the Daugava river, which is located near Dunava village, is more than 40 years old. At first it was made of wood, but after ten years renovated and now it's ponton ferry. There are only 2 ferries like this one in Latvia.
Cache is located at the left side of Daugava, and if you're going by car on the highway Riga-Daugavpils, you must to get over the Daugava by this ferry. You can get there by bus too. Search for the cache at one of old pontons.
