I met the 'Taters' (Idaho Taters) at the Gooding Little City of Rocks on Monday and really enjoyed our short time talking. Then, on the way home, I saw them at the Big Woodie cache site searcing in vain for a container that was missing, we came to find out. Before they left they told me how much they enjoyed their day of caching and gave me an ammo box filled with goodies to hide.
Last night I picked a spot on the map in the Gooding City of Rocks and pulled up the coordinates for that spot. Today I found out I should have investigated the area beforehand. Near as I can tell, it is about .61 miles, as the crow flies, from where I parked at N43 08.411 W114 46.024. This also appeared to be the easiest access to the area where the cache is located. You will have a little rock climbing to do, but nothing really serious. And the cache will be right there in front of you when you reach the site; no searching around for a little micro here.
Anyhow, the name of the cache is dedicated to the generosity and most pleasant personalities of the Idaho Taters. Trade up, trade even, or just enjoy the views. BTW, the cache is almost exactly where the coordinates on the map placed it; how lucky can you get!
Ooops! Guess in all the excitement of having the coordinates taking me to a perfect spot for the cache I forgot to put the name of the cache on the Log Book and also forgot to put quietbreezes down as the FTF. So, if the first person to actually find the cache would write the name of the cache on the Log Book and enter quietbreezes as the FTF I'll send you a little something for your troubles.
