Salaspils water tower is the place You'll be looking for.
Easy to get there by a car. When arriving to the spot You'll need to climb over a small fence, but if You are clever enough, You'll find a normal entrance anyway.
THE CACHE NOW IS A NANO CONTAINER. So a pencil is requried.
The access to the cache is somewhat difficult. Strenght and skill is required.
Afterwards please place it carefully!
BE WARE of mugglers!
