Cache is at the old church ruins. It's right between of reservoir of Riga HES and water tower. Near is highway Riga - Daugavpils.
Watch out for mugglers - there might be fishermans or people just relaxing, even in early mornings or late evenings.
Cache is a 35 mm film consister, that contains pecncil, logbook & pin. To find it, you don't have to climb.
