Memorial Day Weekend is here again and I found myself, like millions of other Americans, sitting in a dark, air-conditioned movie theater subjected to yet another tired old Hollywood sequel. As I sat there trying to stay awake watching the same old characters going through the motions and enduring the tedious and unnecessary CGI effects (intended to distract me from the lack of any compelling story line) my mind began to wander. I kept thinking back to a time when Hollywood actually had an original thought. Some images kept popping into my head. I could not quite recall what all those old enjoyable films were. Perhaps you can?
