This stadium has brought many joys and sorrows to a lot of people over the years. It has changed it name as well in recent years. Still remember the old name?
I felt like doing another mystery cache as they are quite fun setting up, and I enjoy hunting caches like this.
The final container is no longer 5L ice cream tub but a small clip lock container!
First you will need to solve this riddle:
The poor have it,
The rich don't want it
And if you eat it you will die
This will give you an answer with with 7 letters. You will now use this answer to decypher the following message. But how?
Here is an example to show you:
Let's say the key is:
chris
And let's say the encrypted message is:
12 9 31 10 33 8 22 21 27 44 19 28 23 13 32 8 27 37 10 26 8
First you take the key and break it up into it's numeric representation in the alphabet (A=1,B=2,etc).
So for our example it is:
chris = 3 8 18 9 19
Now we start with the first letter of the key (3) and subtract that from our first letter in our encrypted message, and that will give a number of the alphabet's representation. So our first letter will be 12-3 = 9 = I. Now we go to the second letter of our key and use that on our encrypted message. So it becomes 9-8 = 1 = A. The third one is 31-18 = 13 = M. So you go on until you reach the end of the key. Then you just start with the beginning of it again. And you go on like that until you reach the end of the message.
If you decrypt the example it will read:
i am an encrypted message

If you follow those instructions you will get to a place where you have to answer the following questions:
1. There is a board you will see that has got things listed on it. Take the first letter of each sentence that has a star next to it, and correspond that to it's numeric representation in the alphabet (A=1,B=2, etc). You will now end up with A,B,C,D and E.
2. What is the last letter of the biggest sponsor just above you? Take the numeric representation of that as well. That will give you F.
3. What is the telephone number of the people that are protecting this place? G is the third letter of their telephone number.
BY THE TIME YOU GET TO THIS GZ THE LIKELIHOOD OF ANYTHING REMAINING OF THIS STRUCTURE IS VERY SLIM SO I HAVE INCLUDED A FURTHER CLUE/HINT TO HELP YOU ON YR WAY.
Now use those numbers to go this coordinate:
S (C-F-E)(B) (G-E)(A+E).(D)(A+E)(A)
E (B-E)(A-B+E) (B)(D-E).(B-E)(A)(C-F-B-E)
Once you're here, use the first key that you got to decypher the following message (same method as above):
