This place was baracks before second world war. Then it becamed a military object until CCCP army moved out of Latvia. At these cordinates you can see a monument and a litle city of armia. For now it is a comercial place, but 15 years ago it was a place were peoples was not alowed to go true from 8.00 till 18.00 because of strategy object.
Be wery carefull! Maybe don't take your cleanest clothes, because place is wery dirthy and it's bean dumpt. Only reason wy cache is here - litle dificulty to reach it...
Think twice do you want to take it or not.
