Geocache Description:

A straightforward traditional cache leading you to the Berlin War Cemetery.

The Berlin War Cemetery was built between 1955 an 1957 based on the design of the architect Philip Dalton Hepworth. Most of the 3576 soldiers buried are British but also soldiers of other commonwealth countries, five Polish Soldiers and even some soldiers of unknown countries are resting there.

Even if you are not really thrilled by cemeteries it's worth visiting just because of the (typical British ?) marvelous gardening done there.

It is not necessary to enter the terrain to get the cache!

Don't forget to bring a pencil, please.
