Geocache Description:

WHEN: Saturday June 21st, 2008
WHERE: Hidden Valley Sports Complex Blue Springs, Mo
TIME: 8:00AM to Noon

It’s been a while since we have gathered for a geocaching breakfast. Since we have outgrown the restaurants around the Kansas City area we thought we would try for a different venue. How about starting the first day of summer with breakfast in a park in Blue Springs? Join us to meet some of the seasoned cachers and welcome new cachers to the sport.

The breakfast will be catered by Hy-Vee. There is no need to bring anything but yourselves, your family and your friends. The menu will consist of an egg casserole, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, rolls, donuts, coffee and juice. The cost per adult will be $8.00. Kids (5 to 10yrs.) will be $4.00 and the younger ones are free. The charge will cover the costs for food, shelter and delivery. If by chance there are monies left over we will apply them to the Aug. picnic. Please put this event on your watch list for updates.

The shelter is reserved from 8:00AM until Noon.
8 to 9:30 – Meet and Greet
9:30 Breakfast will be served

The shelter is very large so rain or shine we will be protected against the elements.

PLEASE STATE HOW MANY ADULTS AND KIDS WILL BE ATTENDING.
The caterers need to have a head count by Thursday June 19th.

Let’s start the summer off with a geocaching event. Cachers are always ready to hear a good caching story. Hope you can join us to share your tales over breakfast with fellow cachers.
