This cache is located in the battlements of a thickly wooded area in a Martinsville residential neighborhood. Enter the trail at N 36° 39.700 W 79° 50.870 — right at the speed limit sign. The cache is only about 500 feet in, but once you leave the trail, the terrain gets fairly rugged. You will need to cross a creek (which is usually not very deep or wide unless there has been significant rainfall), and the hillside gets steep, slippery, and rocky.
There are houses nearby, and when the trees are bare, you may be observed. Be discreet — and careful. The hillside is rugged enough that you may be injured if you fall. Please replace the cache just as you found it.
Congrats to Kuykenew, FTF.
