Stradonicke Hradiste / Old fort of Stradonice

Tato kes neni nijak fyzicky narocna a ma za cil jedine - provest vas prochazkou po Stradonickem Hradisti. Nebudu vas zatezovat detaily ohledne Keltu a jejich kultury. Zajemci najdou dost informaci treba zde. Na tuhle kesku si rezervujte hezke pocasi (na jare a na podzim je to tu nejhezci) a alespon dve hodinky pro prijemnou prochazku. Cely okruh i s navratem na vychozi souradnice meri 4 km a lze jej bez problemu pojmout jako rodinny vylet i s malymi detmi. Budete se pohybovat prevazne po sirokych zpevnenych polnich cestach, misty po pesinach. Dětské kocarky bez funkcnich brzd nelze doporucit.


1) Vychozi souradnice vas zavedou pred mistni hrbitov ve Stradonicich, misto posledniho odpocinku spisovatele Frantiska Nepila. Zaparkovat lze primo pred hrbitovem. Zde si peclive prohlednete kapli svateho Liboria z roku 1658. Jeji vezicka ma celkem A sten. Nyni muzete vyrazit po ceste na souradnici

2) Zde vpravo od cesty uvidite vysokou drevenou stavbu ke ktere vede zebrik s B spriclemi. Pokracujte po ceste dale, az na souradnice

3) Zde se na chvili zastavte a rozhlednete se kolem. To panorama za to opravdu stoji. Nektere prameny tvrdi, ze zde byl objeven keltsky poklad, ale skutecne misto nalezu je o par set metru jinde. Na tomto miste stával mnoho let kriz, ktery nekdo znicil, ale jiz je opet obnoven. Nyni muzete pokracovat po ceste dale az na souradnice

4) Zde se rozhlédněte a najdete zelenou tyc s cedulkou. Na teto tyci je zezadu C cervenych ctvercu. Odtud pokracujte na souradnice

5) Zde se ve svem putovani na chvili zastavte, lehnete si do travy, zavrete oci a zkuste nacerpat alespon trochu te energie, kterou toto misto oplyva. Az se probudite, muzete si precist zdejsi informacni ceduli. Na ni najdete povidani o dvou muzich, kteri zasvetili cast sveho zivota badani na zdejsim hradisti. Josef se dozil o D let dele nez Albin. Pokracujte po pesine na souradnice

6) Zde najdete v tomto kraji nezvyklou kovovou konstrukci na jejimz vrcholu je kolo s E paprsky. Postujte a v klidu si prohlednete Nizbor. Momentalne mu dominuje cerstve opraveny zamek, ktery jeste pred par lety byl ruinou obyvanou socialne slabymi a neprizpusobivymi obyvateli obce. Kdyz se podivate k horizontu, uvidite z lesu vykukovat zamek Drevic. Sebehnete dolu a pokracujte na souradnice

7) Pri peclivem pohledu pres plot uvidite bytelny vybeh, ktery obyva mistni tygr. Spocitejte vsechny sloupky vcetne rohovych na horni strane vybehu a dostanete cislo F. Ve vedlejsim vybehu muzete jeste spatrit myvala (nebo psika myvaloviteho) a pava. V prilehle ohrade pak najdete nekolik koni a koz, ktere lze nakrmit pampeliskami, ale ani jablkem nepohrdnou. Nyni jiz muzete spocitat umisteni finalky. Je umistena na souradnicich

Nyni muzete pokracovat dale po pohodlne ceste, po ktere jste prisli od tygra zpet na vychozi souradnice ke Stradonickemu hrbitovu.

This geocache is not physically demanding and it's only aim is to make you walk through the fort of Stradonice. I will not burden you with details about the Celts and their culture. If you are interested, you can find enough information on the Internet. For this geocache, you will need nice weather (in spring and autumn, it is the nicest here), and at least two hours for a pleasant walk. The whole route together with returning to the starting point measures 4 km and without any problems can be taken as a family trip with small children. You will move along field paths. Baby carriages without functional brakes can't recommended.

1) The start point is in front of the local cemetery in Stradonice, the final resting place of a Czech writer Fratisek Nepil. You can park directly in front of the cemetery. Here, look carefully at the chapel of St. Liborius from 1658. Its tower has A sides. Now you can continue to coordinates

2) Here to the right of the path you will see the high wooden construction with ladder with B rungs. Continue further up, the path along, to coordinates

3) Stop here for a moment and look around. This panorama is really beautiful. Some sources claim that a celtic treasure was discovered here, but the actual site is a few hundred metres away. Now you can continue to coordinates

4) Here look around and find a metallic bar with a notice. On the back side of this bar is C red squares. From here, continue to coordinates

5) Here stop for a moment, lie down in the grass, close your eyes and try to absorb a bit of the energy that flows out of this place. When you get up, you can read the local information board. It will tell you about two men who devoted part of their lives to research in this fort. Joseph lived D years longer than Albin. Along the path, continue to coordinates

6) Here you will find an unusual metal structure with a circle with E rays on top of it. You can rest for a while and enjoy the view to Nizbor with its newly reconstructed castle. If you look to the horizon, you can see the castle Drevic peeking out of the woods. Then go down to coordinates

7) Here, over the fence, you'll see a strong cage, where the local tiger lives. Count all the pillars on the top of the cage including the corners and you will get the number F. In the nearby cage you can see a raccoon and a peacock and in the nearby enclosure you can find a few horses and goats, which you can feed with dandelions, but they like apples, too. And now, just count the final cache and go to it. Final cache can be found at coordinates
