This cache is a plastic rice container painted flat brown hidden under some rocks near the top of a mountain. It is a short distance from where the Patriot Cache used to be.
To find this cache, start with the coordinates from the original Patriot Cache that was hidden nearby this cache. Answer the following questions to find the actual coordinates.
