Dyrskuepladsen i Thisted har før i tiden været et vigtigt udstillingsvindue for landmænd i hele Thy. Det var her man mødtes, beså andres avlsarbejde og handlede.
I det moderne Danmark, er det her på pladsen, at de turnerende Cirkusfamilier kan slå deres telte op.


When farming was the major occupation in Denmark, this area was used for exhibitions. In the aera of the entertainment ecconomy this is where Cirkus raise their tents.
