If you are leaving town to a distant
place, check the Hotel out online to see who is booked
in. Maybe there is someone that wants to travel with
you.
If you are returning to the area why not book
a traveler in to the Hotel for a few days.
If you have one of those travelers with you
that you have not been able to place somewhere, then book it in to
the Hotel for someone else to move along.
Rule 1: Please record
your visit in the Hotel Visitors Book, even if you are coming back
again.
Rule 2: When booking a
"Traveler" in to the Hotel please try and attach a "travel plan" to
it that indicates what it's current goals are. If possible, please
put each "traveler" in it's own room (zip lock) with it's travel
plans.
Rule 3: Place the
traveler in the right place in the hotel (the plastic container
that matches the goal the best)
Rule 4: You can book
out as many "travelers" as you like, but only if you will help them
towards their goal. This cache is not to collect "travelers",
but move them along.
Rule 5: Pay the Hotel
bill by leaving your calling card and/or some SWAG.
NOTE: To get the key
for the padlock, stand with your back to the cache and look across
the road to the house with the white wall. Look for the number 213.
Walk to the number and feel behind number 3 for the key. Please be
careful when retrieving the key and try not to look too
suspicious... When done please replace the key as you found it.(We
have the permission of the owner)
If for some reason the key
is missing you can get the spare key. Look at the base of the pole
that the cache container is attached to. Remove some of the pebbles
and dirt on the back of the pole until you get the key, it is
attached to the pole with a magnet. If you have to use the spare
key please place it behind the "3" in the street number across the
road and let the cache owner know.
